Earlier, we make electrical circuit, use copper wire, and so it is very hard to work and use, as electrical appliances are very big and tough to work. So the whole circuit design direction is getting smaller, and then people inveted the partially PCB, which can put the electrical appliance on a tiny PCB, and the final components designed to outgo the present appliance.

The automation process consists of few simple steps, which are like soldering the wire, soldering the soldering joints, soldering the connection and also some more procedures. All the circuits are placed in the appropriate nico diodes and connections are done in a proper way so that they produce power.

The assembly of the electronic components requires the use of some special tools such as: etching kits, soldering gun, soldering paste, mechanical pencil and mechanical pencils etc. Some of the companies also use automated touch screen machines for the purpose of inputting the required data and images to the screen and for verifying the generated images and data.
